For December, we are playing with the classic combination of surf and turf. We’re bringing in a few luxury ingredients for the festive season, fresh oysters with a spicy habanero granita, plump scallops with creamed corn and spicy nduja, marbled Speckle Beef scotch fillet with scampi and smoked bone marrow and to finish we have the first cherries of the season baked into a clafoutis served with ice cream packed full of fresh Tahitian vanilla.
