Combining the precision and technicality of fine dining with a deep appreciation for the simple, unpretentious pleasures of country cooking, our new menu aims to deliver a dining experience that is accessible, informed by classical cookery, but recognisably “of its place” in Aotearoa New Zealand.
We have placed an emphasis on locally sourced, sustainable produce and proteins where possible, reflecting New Zealand’s commitment to environmental responsibility, and developing relationships with suppliers that share our same core values of A Modern Bistro for New Zealand.
Classical bistro cookery meets the casual charm of the Antipodes.
Our spring menu is inspired by the great bistros of France and England, but with a lightness that suits Auckland’s warm climate and eclectic culture. Day-boat fish, spring lamb, market gardeners, boutique beef, handmade pasta, local dairy and no-half measures when it comes to flavour.
